Their cattle are locally reared through traditional farming methods and are grass-fed, hand-selected and protected from stress. Pat McLoughlin and his daughter Kate are a third-generation family of butchers, a legacy that began in 1965. Pat personally selects the finest beef from Niall, ensuring each cut is handled with the greatest of care to deliver a world class product. Their ageing room is a sight to behold, reflecting their commitment to excellence. They supply premium Irish beef to food trucks, bistros and Michelin-starred restaurants alike.

We work with small, family-owned suppliers in Dublin to build lasting partnerships. We have also forged great relationships with smaller drinks companies, especially craft breweries.
