Pat McLoughlin and his daughter Kate are a third-generation family of butchers, a legacy that began in 1965. Pat personally selects the finest beef from Niall, ensuring each cut is handled with the greatest of care to deliver a world class product. Their ageing room is a sight to behold, reflecting their commitment to excellence. They supply premium Irish beef to food trucks, bistros and Michelin-starred restaurants alike.
