Our smash and swirl technique, using specially fabricated steel smashers, gives us a jagged crispy edge all around the burger. It’s why that first bite has crispy aged-beef followed by a juicy explosion!
We use Irish Beef from small heard cattle only 45 minutes from Dublin. We developed the ultimate smash burger blend by combining various cuts with an aged profile. The result is our secret blend created for the science of the smash. It holds up to high intensity temperatures without losing moisture, delivering maximum surface area crust with a ridiculously juicy centre.
Our mission is to modernise. To subtly evolve the smash burger from its historic simplicity to a complex flavoured interpretation. We created an old-school American style diner burger with a grown up palate. We hit the nostalgic notes of the fast food burgers you grew up with, balanced with an adult flavour profile. Our classic handheld beef burger hits with an insanely different explosion of flavour.
Our Capel Street location has more seats, a large terrace for the summer and beers on tap. Our idea is to serve quality as quickly as we can in a fun atmosphere with killer tunes.
We're open from 12pm to 9pm everyday, walk-ins only.Kevin Street was our first location and it’s small inside with a take-away vibe. We sell beers and you can sit in, it’s super busy but more casual than most burger joints.
